Ethiopia Dari Kidame
The high elevation and the unique growing conditions of Ethiopia produce some of the most complex and full bodied coffees in the world. While this bean is versatile and shines anywhere, I highly recommend the lighter, brew roast profile using an AeroPress to get the full flavor of this roast. If espresso is more your jam, you will not be disappointed with a slight blueberry flavor.
This dry process bean is full bodied and very sweet.
