Ethiopian Guji is back by popular demand! The Guji region includes a collection of small farms, all at high elevations (around 2000m). The high elevation and the unique growing conditions of Ethiopia produce some of the most complex and full bodied coffees in the world.
This wet-processed bean provides a creamy sweetness of its own with hints of citrus and dried apricot.
While this bean is versatile and shines anywhere, I highly recommend the lighter, brew roast profile using an AeroPress to get the full flavor of this roast. If espresso is more your jam, you will not be disappointed.
