Guatemala Huehuetenango Chalum
Guatemala produces some of the best coffee of Central America, and this batch from a small farm collective is no exception. A full bodied brew with notes of apple, walnut, and rich chocolate.
I prefer to explore the nuances of Central America beans with the AeroPress or Chemex (order for brew), but espresso roasts from Guatemala do make great lattes (order for espresso).
