Rwanda Nyamasheke Cyato
This high quality Rwanda bean is grown on a small farm in the highlands (about 6000' elevation) near Lake Kivu. A deliciously complex bean, it makes a full body coffee with a kick. Rich chocolate notes, but also a suprising spice reminiscent of Earl Grey tea.
Great as both a light roast and dark. For the darker roast select Espresso upon checkout (even if you don't use an espresso machine).
